This application is requiered for any and all fireworks                                                             displays and flame effect within the Richmond Carolina Fire District. This application is in addition to and after your pyrotecnition has aquiered a certificate of competency from the Rhode Island State Fire Marshals Office. This application must be submitted to this office at least 30 days prior to event. 

A fee of $50 shall be paid at the time of application

Each display will be assigned a firefighter detail, how many personel and number of apperatus will be determined by the size of display and by the Fire Marshal and Chief of Department.

All fee's for the firefighter detail will be the responsiblity of the applicant. All detail fee's will be calculated at a 3 hour minimum.
