The Board of Directors meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting hall at the H.L. Arnold Fire & Safety Complex, 208 Richmond Townhouse Rd, Richmond, R.I. These meetings are open to the public. Taxpayers, residents and other members of the public are encouraged to attend.

2025 Meeting Schedule

**Annual Meeting**

The annual meeting of the voters of the District shall take place on the first Monday in June at 7:00 p.m. at the H. L. Arnold Public Safety Complex.  At this meeting, eligible voters adopt an operating budget, elect officers and conduct other business that may lawfully come before the District. A quorum of 20 eligible voters is required for this meeting. Registered voters and taxpayers are eligible to vote at this meeting.

**November 2025 Monthly Meeting**

The District's next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday November 25th at 7 p.m. at the H.L. Arnold Fire & Safety Complex, 208 Richmond Townhouse Rd., Richmond, R.I.
