Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in the meeting hall at the H.L. Arnold Fire & Safety Complex, 208 Richmond Townhouse Rd, Richmond, R.I. These meetings are open to the public. Taxpayers, residents and other members of the public are encouraged to attend.
Annual Meeting
The District's annual business meeting is held on the first Monday of June at 8 p.m. at the H.L. Arnold Fire & Safety Complex, 208 Richmond Townhouse Rd., Richmond, R.I. At this meeting, eligible voters adopt an operating budget, elect officers and conduct other business that may lawfully come before the District. A quorum of 20 eligible voters is required for this meeting. Registered voters and taxpayers are eligible to vote at this meeting.
Carolina Volunteer Fire Association
The Association meets monthly on the first Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the
meeting hall at the H.L. Arnold Fire & Safety Complex, 208
Richmond Townhouse Rd., Richmond, R.I.
Training
Trainings are regularly scheduled each Wednesday at 7 p.m., with some
exceptions, at the H.L. Arnold Fire & Safety Complex. Trainings
are periodically scheduled at other times, including weekends, based on
need. Dive team training is usually held on Thursday evenings during
the warmer months. See the training calendar for further information on
all training.
